Role OverviewWe are seeking a Regional Facilities Manager to maintain exceptional facilities and support our childcare centers across the central region. The role requires 3-7 years of experience in facilities management, maintenance, construction, or a related field. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
What You Will Do
The main day-to-day responsibilities include ensuring facilities are fully operational, scheduling and supervising maintenance and repair work, developing and managing vendor relationships, and leading renovation and facilities improvement projects.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- 3-7 years of experience in facilities management, facilities maintenance, construction, or a similar field
- Knowledge of general construction and maintenance costs
- Understanding of budgeting processes and the ability to prioritize maintenance and construction needs
- Knowledge of general maintenance methods, operating requirements, and safety precautions related to facilities management
- Strong procurement and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and related software
- Working knowledge of a CMMS such as ServiceChannel, Corrigo, or EcoTrak
- Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and respond quickly to facilities-related issues
