Regional Facilities Manager

We are seeking a Regional Facilities Manager to maintain exceptional facilities and support our childcare centers across the central region. The role requires 3-7 years of experience in facilities management, maintenance, construction, or a related field. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

What You Will Do

The main day-to-day responsibilities include ensuring facilities are fully operational, scheduling and supervising maintenance and repair work, developing and managing vendor relationships, and leading renovation and facilities improvement projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• 3-7 years of experience in facilities management, facilities maintenance, construction, or a similar field
• Knowledge of general construction and maintenance costs
• Understanding of budgeting processes and the ability to prioritize maintenance and construction needs
• Knowledge of general maintenance methods, operating requirements, and safety precautions related to facilities management
• Strong procurement and negotiation skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and related software
• Working knowledge of a CMMS such as ServiceChannel, Corrigo, or EcoTrak
• Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and respond quickly to facilities-related issues
