The main responsibilities of the Regional Facilities Technician include completing routine preventive maintenance, performing general facility support tasks, reviewing and troubleshooting reported facility issues, and maintaining detailed records of repair and maintenance activities.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in facility maintenance or a related field
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Excellent communication, customer service, and attention to detail
- At least a basic level of competency with Outlook, Word, Excel, and SharePoint
- Logical decision making and troubleshooting skills
- Basic math skills
- Forklift certification (preferred)
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
