Role Overview

The Regional Field Lead is a hands-on field leader responsible for supervising, training, and coaching canvassers and volunteers, supporting the Regional Field Manager in executing voter engagement strategies, and ensuring high-quality data collection and community outreach.

What You Will Do

The ideal candidate will actively canvass alongside teams, support Regional Field Managers in executing local voter engagement strategies, conduct outreach on nonpartisan voter education and candidates aligned with organizational values, and assist with the planning and execution of civic engagement events.

Requirements

  • Ability to work well with diverse groups, under challenging deadlines
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, with weekday evening and weekend hours as needed
  • Computer literacy: word-processing, Excel charts, and other work-related applications
  • Dedication to Mission. A genuine interest in immigrant and farm worker rights
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Spanish and English
  • Experience with/leading voter engagement and/or community outreach
  • Must have reliable transportation and state Driver’s License and vehicle insurance
  • Outgoing and comfortable with talking to the public
  • Punctual, well organized, self-motivated, energetic, and motivated to work independently
