Job Description
Regional Field Manager is responsible for identifying, recruiting, and engaging grassroots leaders in Fargo or Bismarck, mobilizing them to take action, and driving policy reforms that open opportunities for all.

Requirements

  • Identify activists in various parts of the state who are currently - or could become - leaders in their local communities, and motivate them to advocate for change
  • Equip local leaders to advocate for changes that are consistent with principles AFP believes in
  • Organize events to engage the public through phone calls, social media, and face-to-face interactions
  • Manage part-time canvassing contractors
  • Stay in regular contact with activists to keep them motivated, educated, and active
