Job Description
Contracting Specialists DC LLC is seeking an experienced and results-driven General Manager – Mid Atlantic Region to lead and oversee regional operations within our restoration and repair division. Requirements

  • Minimum of 10+ years of progressive leadership experience within the restoration, repair, or specialty construction industry.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple programs, offices, or business units with full P&L accountability.
  • Strong knowledge of: Concrete repair and structural rehabilitation, Historic and commercial masonry restoration, Waterproofing systems, Access and façade restoration systems, Building envelope repair and protection, Proven business and financial management capabilities, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and operational planning.
  • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and team development skills.
  • Ability to lead high-performing teams in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.
  • Experience with federal construction projects, government contracting, or USACE/NAVFAC/GSA work is a Plus.
  • Structural or Civil Engineering background is highly preferred.
  • OSHA and industry certifications are a plus.
  • Proficiency in project management and financial software platforms
