Role OverviewThe Regional Global Mobility Manager is responsible for the end-to-end execution of HARTING's global mobility programs, ensuring seamless and compliant international movement of employees. The role manages international assignments, mobility-related compliance, vendor coordination, compensation and payroll processes, and employee support throughout the assignment lifecycle.
What You Will Do
Manage international assignments, transfers, and repatriations; advise stakeholders on mobility solutions, risks, and costs. Support complex cross-border mobility cases. Ensure compliance with tax, immigration, employment, and social security requirements. Manage external mobility service providers. Oversee mobility compliance processes and reporting.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Law, Finance, or related field
- Mobility, Tax, C&B, or Project Management certification is a plus
- 5+ years of global mobility experience in a multinational environment
- Expertise in international assignments, expatriate compensation, payroll, tax, and compliance
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced PowerPoint, reporting, and process mapping capabilities
- Experience in workflow design, documentation, and process improvement
- Strong analytical skills and high level of discretion
