Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in a multi-site, regional, or field-based HR role
  • Demonstrated knowledge of multi-state employment laws and HR compliance
  • Experience managing the full cycle of employee leave processes (FMLA, ADA, workers' comp, and state-specific programs)
