Role OverviewThe Regional HR Services Manager Americas will lead and integrate HR Services delivery and Total Rewards management across North America, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and competitive, cost-effective reward practices. The role combines regional HR operations leadership with hands-on ownership of compensation and benefits programmes.

Key responsibilities include leading the HR Services organisation across North America, ensuring efficient service delivery, partnering with HR Business Partners and leadership teams, and owning the design, administration, and optimisation of employee benefits programmes.

Requirements
- Master’s or bachelor’s degree in human resources, Finance, Business or related field
- 10+ years of relevant experience in core HR operations and/or Total Rewards leadership
- Strong experience in benefits management (healthcare, retirement plans, insurance)
- Experience managing payroll and HRIS systems in a complex environment
- Possess strong working knowledge of US legislation related to payroll and benefits
