Fintech is seeking a Regional Human Resources Manager to provide senior-level, hands-on Human Resources leadership across the Western United States. This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, private equity-backed environment and enjoys translating complex employment requirements into practical, scalable business solutions.
What You Will Do
As a manager-level individual contributor, you will serve as a multi-state subject matter expert for employment compliance, employee relations, leaves of absence, accommodation, wage and hour practices, HR operations, and workforce support.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent practical Human Resources experience.
- HR certification such as SHRM-SCP, SHRM-CP, SPHR, or equivalent preferred.
- Seven (7)+ years of progressive Western U.S. and multi-state Human Resources experience in Human Resources Management, as a Human Resources Business Partner, Compliance, or Human Resources Operations roles.
- Demonstrated ability to operate successfully as a manager-level individual contributor while effectively partnering with executives, managers, employees, legal counsel as appropriate, payroll, finance, and Human Resources teams.
