Role OverviewAccountable for the fiscal and operational oversight, leadership, direction, and overall management of the international product in the assigned region. Actively engaged in the sales of international products and services in large markets to ensure that growth and profitability goals and objectives are met.
What You Will Do
Work directly with the regional Director of Operations to establish regional and local goals within the parameters of the region operation's business plan. Develop and execute policies, plans, and programs to meet anticipated organizational needs in the areas of functional responsibility.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years of industry experience
- Knowledge of international air, ocean, and customs brokerage processes
- Exhibits strong communication skills both oral and written to motivate staff and develop effective working relationships with peers, executives, and clients
- Experience with ITAR/OFAC licenses, strongly preferred
- Cargo Wise TMS experience, strongly preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work in a high-volume environment
