Requirements

  • Valid state-issued funeral director license
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • College degree
  • Minimum of five years of experience in a leadership role managing multiple funeral home locations
  • Strong understanding of funeral services operations and industry best practices
  • Proven track record of managing P&L, driving financial performance, and achieving budget goals
  • Demonstrated experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing Directors of Operations, General Managers, and Location Leaders
