Role OverviewThe Regional Maintenance role is responsible for overseeing maintenance operations at a portfolio of properties across Florida. This position offers permanent full-time salaried employment with a benefits package. Carteret Management is a statewide leader in Affordable Housing Management.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include resident relations, leadership and supervision, best practices, maintenance expertise, project management, and utilizing RealPage's OneSite software.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and 5 years of maintenance supervisor experience, or 10 years of experience. They will have extensive knowledge of multifamily maintenance, strong supervisory and leadership experience, and analytical skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 5 years' maintenance supervisor experience
- EPA certification
- NSPIRE or REAC inspection experience
- Strong supervisory and leadership experience
- Analytical mind
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Intuition and experience to identify and resolve problems
- Computer literacy and proficiency
- Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel skills
