Role OverviewOversee maintenance operations of properties in a respective region, serving as the point of contact for maintenance personnel and ensuring financial controls and regulatory requirements are met.
What You Will Do
Perform maintenance operations, review building systems, ensure site logs are accurate, and complete work orders in a timely fashion. Conduct yearly safety and maintenance audits, ensure employee and site safety, and respond to emergency situations.
