Job Description
Join Dominium in tackling the affordable housing crisis and make a difference in people's lives. The Regional Maintenance Manager oversees maintenance operations across multiple markets, ensuring efficiency, safety, and consistency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or comparable relative experience
  • Seven to ten years progressively responsible maintenance experience with prior supervisory experience
  • Extensive experience with multiple building types, including mid-rise, high-rise, townhomes, etc.
  • High level of proficiency with all HVAC system types
  • Demonstrated expertise in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and general repair
  • CPO (Certified Pool Operator) if required on site
  • REAC or HUD experience
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written; bilingual (Spanish) preferred
  • Ability to work independently and travel between markets and the corporate as needed
  • Valid drivers' license, ability to drive and insurance required
