Job Description
Join Dominium in tackling the affordable housing crisis and make a difference in people's lives. The Regional Maintenance Manager oversees maintenance operations across multiple markets, ensuring efficiency, safety, and consistency.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or comparable relative experience
Seven to ten years progressively responsible maintenance experience with prior supervisory experience
Extensive experience with multiple building types, including mid-rise, high-rise, townhomes, etc.
High level of proficiency with all HVAC system types
Demonstrated expertise in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and general repair
CPO (Certified Pool Operator) if required on site
REAC or HUD experience
Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written; bilingual (Spanish) preferred
Ability to work independently and travel between markets and the corporate as needed
Valid drivers' license, ability to drive and insurance required
