Job Description
Dominium is seeking a Regional Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance operations across multiple markets, ensuring efficiency, safety, and consistency. The RMM will lead, mentor, and train maintenance staff, develop comprehensive preventive maintenance plans, and standardize maintenance practices across properties.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or comparable relative experience
  • Seven to ten years progressively responsible maintenance experience with prior supervisory experience
  • High level of proficiency with all HVAC system types
  • Demonstrated expertise in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and general repair
  • CPO (Certified Pool Operator) if required on site
  • REAC or HUD experience
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written; bilingual (Spanish) preferred
  • Ability to work independently and travel between markets and the corporate as needed
  • Valid drivers' license, ability to drive and insurance required
