The supervisor will also be responsible for training, mentoring, and holding maintenance staff accountable.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- HVAC certification and strong HVAC experience preferred
- Proven multifamily maintenance experience
- Maintenance supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Strong problem-solving, communication, organization, and time management skills
- Experience controlling maintenance costs, managing inventory, coordinating vendors, and prioritizing multiple projects
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel throughout the South Georgia Region
