Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- HVAC certification and strong HVAC experience preferred
- Proven multifamily maintenance experience with strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, unit turns, and building systems
- Maintenance supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to participate in on-call rotation
