Role OverviewThe Regional Maintenance Technician will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep, safety, and functionality of our buildings and grounds across assigned communities. The ideal candidate will reside in or between Detroit Lakes, MN, and Park Rapids, MN, with frequent travel required.
What You Will Do
Perform manual labor, operate light construction tools, and ensure timely project completion. Obtain annual bids for lawn care and snow removal, conduct routine building maintenance, and oversee maintenance purchases.
