Role OverviewBrookside Properties is seeking an experienced Regional Manager with a strong background in Affordable Housing, LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit), and multifamily property management to oversee a portfolio of apartment communities throughout Kentucky, Indiana, and Ohio.

Oversee operations for a portfolio of affordable housing communities, lead and develop teams, ensure compliance, drive occupancy and financial performance, and review budgets and financial reports.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of multifamily property management experience
- Minimum 2 years of Regional Manager experience overseeing multiple communities
- Extensive experience with LIHTC/Tax Credit communities
- Working knowledge of affordable housing regulations, and Fair Housing
- Strong financial, budgeting, and asset management skills
- Proven ability to lead multiple teams across a multi-site portfolio
- Experience with property management software such as Entrata, Yardi, OneSite, or similar platforms
- Ability to travel regularly throughout Kentucky, Indiana, and Ohio
