Role OverviewThe Regional Manager will be responsible for all phases of the operation in the portfolio of communities, including business plans, sales goals, marketing positioning, asset quality, financial objectives, facilities management, and management of personnel and resources. The Regional Manager will adhere to all applicable fair housing laws governing real estate sales, leasing, and management/maintenance services.
What You Will Do
The Regional Manager will be responsible for hiring, onboarding, training, mentoring, coaching, orienting, and evaluating community staff. They will execute all corporate policies and procedures, approve purchases beyond the budget of the Community Manager, and manage locations. The Regional Manager will identify qualified vendors, negotiate best prices, develop new strategies to attract tenants, and implement disciplinary action when necessary.
