Job Description
TCC is seeking a Regional Manager to support approximately 18 locations in CT, RI, MA, and VT. The Field Director will lead sales excellence and people leadership, driving business results and community engagement.

Requirements

  • At least a high school diploma
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Multi-Unit leadership is preferred
  • Reliable transportation for frequent travel
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
