Role OverviewThe Regional Manager reports to the Physician Services Director-Operations and provides daily oversight for operations of each assigned practice. They assess and provide recommendations for practice improvements and provide financial oversight.
What You Will Do
The Regional Manager will provide financial oversight, develop operational and capital budgets, and monitor monthly clinical and financial statistics. They will also recruit, hire, and oversee the training and orientation of clinical and clerical staff.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent management/work experience
