Role OverviewThe Regional Manager reports to the Regional Vice President or Executive Vice President and has complete responsibility for all properties within their portfolio. They oversee general administration, leasing, maintenance, capital expenditures, program compliance, and financial control. They direct staff, manage resident relations, and communicate with supervisors and owners.
What You Will Do
The Regional Manager provides direction and support to on-site personnel, makes recommendations to improve profit and productivity, and ensures compliance with government agencies' rules and regulations. They perform physical inspections, oversee budget preparation, and monitor capital improvement expenses.
