Job Description
The Regional Manager collaborates with the Executive Regional Manager to determine, establish, and direct the goals, policies, and procedures involved in the implementation of public assistance benefits in the designated region office. They oversee the daily operations of Public Assistance Job Centers and Model Offices, provide management oversight, and plan and provide direction in the development of policy and procedural protocols.

Requirements

  • Baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university, plus four years of satisfactory full-time experience performing work related to providing employment related services or economic support services to persons in need
  • At least eighteen months of experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity
  • College credits from an accredited college or university may be substituted for experience on the basis of 30 semester credits for one year of work experience
