Role OverviewThe Regional Manager oversees multiple production facilities, warehouses, and distribution locations within an assigned geographic region. They are responsible for operational performance, ensuring production, quality, safety, and customer service expectations are met. The Regional Manager partners with various teams to ensure operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and profitable regional growth.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include directing day-to-day operations, managing production shops and storage facilities, recruiting and developing regional personnel, and ensuring all Ice Solutions products meet quality standards. The Regional Manager also assists with workforce planning, addresses employee relations issues, and monitors production processes for efficiency and consistency.

Requirements
- Minimum 7+ years of related experience and/or training
- Minimum 7+ years' experience in a relevant field, such as Project Management
- Ability to quickly learn new database programs
- Moderate proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, Samsara, and Paylocity
