Role OverviewThe Regional Manager is responsible for the overall operational performance of the Ice Solutions production and distribution facilities within an assigned geographic region. This position provides leadership for regional operations, including production, inventory management, fleet and equipment, facility maintenance, employee performance, safety compliance, and financial accountability.
What You Will Do
Assist with directing and oversight of day-to-day operations across multiple production facilities, warehouses, and distribution locations within assigned states or territories. Ensure all regional operations consistently meet production, quality, safety, and customer service expectations.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7+ years of related experience and/or training, with a strong background in project management, construction management, or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, Samsara, and Paylocity is required.

- Ability to quickly learn new database programs
