Regional Manager

Bender Companies is seeking an experienced Regional Manager to oversee the operations and performance of a portfolio of properties. The ideal candidate will have a positive, solution-oriented mindset, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to operational excellence and outstanding resident service.

What You Will Do

As a Regional Manager, you will oversee property financial performance, monitor property performance, review and approve purchase orders, and guide Community Managers through capital projects and service contracts.

Requirements

• 1+ years of Regional Manager experience in the multifamily/apartment industry
• Experience leading and developing teams of 20+ employees
• Strong knowledge of financial management, budgeting, and operational performance
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• A positive, collaborative attitude and commitment to providing quality workforce housing and outstanding resident experiences
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, business management, or a related field (preferred)
• CPM designation (preferred)
• Real Estate Broker's License (preferred)
• Willingness and ability to travel as needed
