Role OverviewThe Regional Manager is responsible for the overall performance and success of Foundation Communities' Austin, Texas assigned portfolio of properties.
What You Will Do
Provides support to the Community Manager relative to all work-related personnel issues, conducts internal property inspections, verifies and analyzes Preventative Maintenance performance, and evaluates monthly financial statements.

Must have 5-7 years of Property Management experience, possess outstanding organizational and communication skills, and have excellent leadership, coaching, and training skills.
