Role OverviewAs a Regional Manager of Facilities, you will oversee the maintenance and operations of multiple school facilities, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. You will lead a team of Facilities Supervisors and supporting staff, managing contracts, budgets, and quality control inspections. You will also assist in the setup of new schools, including interviewing and hiring staff, soliciting bids, and executing agreements.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include scheduling and tracking work orders, developing and implementing preventative maintenance processes, and managing repair and maintenance budgets. You will also direct and oversee the functionality and safety of multiple facilities, ensuring code and contract compliance with local governing charter boards, school districts, health, fire, and building departments.
