Role OverviewThe Regional Manager of Facilities will ensure contracts are bid to appropriate specifications, within budgets, existing facilities are well-maintained, maintenance & repairs are appropriately scheduled and tracked. The role will assist Facilities Supervisor(s) with scheduling and tracking work orders, including preventive maintenance work orders, with in-house facilities maintenance team.
What You Will Do
The Regional Manager of Facilities will create and build preventative maintenance processes and monitoring systems for extended life of facility related components, develop Repair and Maintenance budgets, annual and long term Capital Improvement budgets, and direct and oversee the functionality and safety of multiple facilities.
