Role OverviewThe Regional Manager of Operations will oversee the administrative operations of 8 to 12 supported dental offices, support dentists in their growth and development, and motivate team members to achieve yearly budgetary and contribution goals.

Directly support dentists in their growth and development, analyze business reporting, create recommendations to attainment of yearly budgetary and contribution goals, and develop effective ways to close the gaps between actual performance and company projections.
