Requirements

  • Executes property-level stabilization and performance improvement plans
  • Directs the supervision of Community Managers
  • Conducts ongoing property assessments and supports corrective action plans
  • Ensures full compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Monitors property financial performance and implements corrective actions
  • Builds positive relationships with residents and local stakeholders
