Role OverviewWe are seeking a sales and marketing professional with exceptional management skills and experience in the supermarket retail industry to represent the Wisconsin dairy industry and Dairy Farmers of Wisconsin in the retail marketplace.
What You Will Do
The successful candidate will plan, develop, and implement retail promotional programs, including on-site training, managing market promotions, and market-level Wisconsin Cheese events.

Requirements
- At least five years of proven retail supermarket sales/marketing success
- Experience working with key retail decision makers and retail marketing teams
- Ability to develop and implement program strategies at a regional level
- Strong relationships built on integrity and follow through
- Knowledge of and experience in retail deli/perishable section sales, logistics, and operations
- Professional, well-developed communication skills
- Analytical, organizational, and computer skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
