Job Description
Regional Marketing Manager responsible for providing strategic marketing leadership and support across a portfolio of multifamily properties, with a focus on increasing occupancy, revenue, and resident retention.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Advertising, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 5 years' multifamily marketing experience supporting a minimum of 30 properties across various asset types
  • Proficient in social media content development, CRM platforms, and marketing analytics
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with ability to influence across multiple properties and departments
  • Effective organizational, time management, and project management skills
  • Ability to travel up to 50% within the assigned region
