What You Will Do
Mentor Directors of Nursing, analyze clinical data, identify opportunities to improve CMS Five-Star performance, coach, develop, and mentor nursing leaders, lead clinical turnarounds, and support operational excellence.

Current RN license, five or more years of progressive nursing leadership experience, at least three years of successful Director of Nursing experience in a skilled nursing setting, strong knowledge of CMS regulations, survey processes, quality measures, and long-term care operations, collaborative leadership style.
