Regional Office Administrator needed to support the Head of Bloomberg's San Francisco Engineering office, coordinating office-wide communication, engagement, and day-to-day operations.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in administrative, office management, or executive support roles
Experience supporting senior leaders and managing competing priorities with sound judgment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Technical proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
