Regional Openings & Conversions Project Lead (Remote)

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive management experience in hotel operations or related disciplines, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives with a strong emphasis on owner and operator relationships.
• Experience in directly overseeing and managing owners’ and operators’ expectations at the property level or in a regional or corporate function.
• Certification in Hospitality or a related field preferred.
• Professional certification in Project Management preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Hyatt operational systems and ability to learn new applications quickly.
• Advanced project management, planning, and execution skills across multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Strong communication, influence, and stakeholder‐management capabilities.
• Ability to synthesize inputs, identify risks, and translate insights into actionable plans.
• Self-starter and ability to work remotely.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to communicate effectively, holding difficult conversations with Owners and Operators, to achieve the desired outcome.
• High level of organization, time management, and adaptability in a fast‐paced environment.
