Role OverviewLead day-to-day performance across multiple HVAC and Plumbing branches in the Mid-Atlantic region. This is a hands-on operational leadership role for someone who knows how to run high-performing trades operations.
What You Will Do
Direct daily operations, maintain a structured weekly operating cadence, serve as the primary escalation point for branch-level operational issues, and implement operational policies, safety standards, and compliance requirements.

Requirements
- 7–10+ years of operational leadership in HVAC, Plumbing, Mechanical Services, or related trades
- Multi-site or multi-brand operations management experience strongly preferred
- Hands-on experience with ServiceTitan or a comparable field service management platform required
- Experience in a private equity-backed or acquisition-growth environment a plus
- Familiarity with the Mid-Atlantic market (DC, MD, VA, DE, PA, NJ) preferred
