Job Description
Mustang Cat is hiring a Regional Operations Manager to drive consistent execution, improve performance, and lead high-performing teams across its rental network. The successful candidate will own operational performance across assigned rental branches and lead, coach, and develop Branch Managers and operations teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in equipment rental, construction services, or industrial operations
  • Proven leadership experience managing multiple locations or teams
  • Strong financial acumen, including EBITDA and operational performance metrics
  • Ability to implement process discipline and standard work
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
