This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership position for someone who enjoys building businesses, developing people, solving problems, and creating systems that help organizations grow.
What You Will Do
You'll spend time coaching team members, meeting one-on-one with prospective members, developing community partnerships, improving operating procedures, analyzing business performance, supporting marketing initiatives, and ensuring an exceptional client experience.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of management experience
- Fitness background (preferred but not required)
- Proven success in both B2C and B2B sales
- Strong leadership and coaching experience
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Experience interpreting KPIs and P&L reports
- High level of technical proficiency with business software and AI productivity tools
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle
- Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus)
