Job Description
The Regional Operations Manager will oversee all regional operations, including truckload, drayage, and local pickup & delivery (P&D), and drive operational execution to meet or exceed service KPIs.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of transportation/logistics operations experience
  • Strong understanding of truckload, drayage, and local P&D operations
  • Proven experience managing P&L and driving margin improvement
  • Ability to lead teams across multiple locations and develop operational leaders
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Customer Operations
  • Proficiency in TMS systems and operational reporting tools
