Job Description
Regional Operations Manager responsible for achieving region's profit margins and revenues, and involved in all strategies and issues affecting region's operations and customer relationships.

Requirements

  • Provide strategic and tactical leadership to branch operations within the region.
  • Mentor, coach, and develop Branch Managers to enhance leadership effectiveness and team performance.
  • Direct the implementation and execution of operational policies, practices, and compliance standards across all branches.
  • Analyze and resolve complex operational challenges at both the strategic and branch level.
  • Establish and achieve performance objectives for regional operations teams.
  • Foster a safe, customer-focused, and service-driven work environment.
