Job Description
Regional Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing a group of properties within a market, ensuring financial performance, property maintenance, safety, staffing, training, guest and employee satisfaction, and management of General/Floating Managers and Regional Maintenance Technicians.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Management, or other related field
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years' experience in a management or leadership role
  • Experience working within the hospitality, restaurant or retail industry
  • Experience working with property management systems
