Role Overview

The Regional Outreach Manager plays a critical role in leading outreach initiatives at the Brainerd location, promoting Minnesota Adult & Teen Challenge programs, and supporting organizational objectives.

What You Will Do

The essential functions of this job include planning and managing regional outreach initiatives, building and maintaining professional relationships with referral sources, and providing accurate program information to the public.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in outreach, business development, marketing, sales, or relationship management capacity
  • Previous experience in the treatment and recovery industry is strongly preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including public speaking and presentation development
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Work, Excel); strong computer literacy required
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing deadlines
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and a clean driving record that will be accepted by this organization's vehicle insurance carrier
  • Comfort and compassion in working with individuals facing life-controlling challenges, such as mental health issues and addiction
