Job Description
The Regional Partner Manager will support our partner program initiatives, identifying, developing, and managing strategic partner relationships to contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
Requirements
Win, maintain, and expand relationships with assigned partner organizations and associated partners
Achieve and exceed MRR goals
Develop and execute strategic partner program plans to achieve revenue and growth targets
Conduct due diligence and evaluate potential partners based on alignment with OTAVA's goals
Identify, prioritize and recruit potential partners, including VARs, Technology Partners, and position those relationship in ideal industries, and markets for business development
Collaborate with partners to design joint business plans and co-marketing initiatives
Provide training and support to enable partners to sell OTAVA's cloud solutions and services
Manage potential channel conflict with other sales channels by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement
Maintain high partner satisfaction ratings that meet company standards
Complete required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame
Benefits
Competitive compensation with a base salary up to $125K and variable commission target of $125K (On-Target Earnings of $250K) with no cap on commissions
