Job Description
The Regional Partner Manager will support our partner program initiatives, identifying, developing, and managing strategic partner relationships to contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

Requirements

  • Win, maintain, and expand relationships with assigned partner organizations and associated partners
  • Achieve and exceed MRR goals
  • Develop and execute strategic partner program plans to achieve revenue and growth targets
  • Conduct due diligence and evaluate potential partners based on alignment with OTAVA's goals
  • Identify, prioritize and recruit potential partners, including VARs, Technology Partners, and position those relationship in ideal industries, and markets for business development
  • Collaborate with partners to design joint business plans and co-marketing initiatives
  • Provide training and support to enable partners to sell OTAVA's cloud solutions and services
  • Manage potential channel conflict with other sales channels by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement
  • Maintain high partner satisfaction ratings that meet company standards
  • Complete required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame

  • Competitive compensation with a base salary up to $125K and variable commission target of $125K (On-Target Earnings of $250K) with no cap on commissions
