Job Description
As a Regional Portfolio Manager (Affordable) with CONAM, you will oversee many properties in a portfolio, make decisions to achieve overall objectives, hire and lead a team, oversee financial budgeting and reporting, and manage marketing and leasing efforts.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a regional manager in residential property management with supervisory/management experience
  • Experience with affordable properties, HUD, Low Income Tax Credit (LIHTC) and Lease Up
  • State of CA Real Estate License required
  • Computer knowledge: MS Word, Excel & Outlook; MRI software knowledge is a plus
