Job Description
Manage and coordinate the efforts of all lending departments (excluding retail lending), establish and maintain lending and operating policies, and direct sales related activities to meet/exceed lending goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or management (or equivalent related experience)
  • 15 years commercial banking, commercial real estate and/or commercial lending experience, as well as credit administration experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven experience at matrix management
  • Full knowledge of current banking regulations with regard to credit risk
