Role OverviewThe Regional Program Manager is responsible for delivering a high-quality student experience by leading staffing, training, coaching development, and site operations. This role blends program leadership, people management, and training execution to drive consistent, high-quality delivery aligned to Elevo standards.

The RPM ensures coaches are prepared for success through ongoing development and in-field coaching. This role involves program ownership, execution, and people leadership, with a focus on building strong relationships with site-level partners.

Requirements
- 2–4+ years of experience in program leadership, education, youth development, operations, customer success, or people management
- Experience leading teams through coaching and feedback
- Strong communication skills with ability to engage internal teams and external partners
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working in school environments with regular site visits
- Reliable transportation and the ability to travel between sites
