Role OverviewThe Regional Project Solutions Manager will oversee a high-performing team responsible for championing SBD's engagement throughout all phases of the construction lifecycle at some of North America's largest data center projects. The PSM team acts as trusted partners to end users, contractors, and subcontractors and is accountable for ensuring SBD's products and services deliver maximum value to ensure exceptional outcomes for all stakeholders from project planning to project completion.
What You Will Do
Lead SBD's involvement in large-scale construction projects from pre-construction planning to project closeout, ensuring alignment with customer needs and project milestones. Mentor, develop, and manage a team of Project Solution Managers, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous growth.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or construction project management
- 3+ years of direct managerial experience leading teams
- OSHA10 & OSHA30 certifications
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities
- Experience managing and executing regional budgets within forecast and allocation
- Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook), SAP, Salesforce.com, and smartphone use
