Role OverviewThe Regional Property Manager is responsible for the overall management of multiple multifamily locations within a specific region/geographic area. The role requires superior leadership skills, expertise in process development, and the ability to direct and manage employees across multiple sites.
What You Will Do
The Regional Property Manager will be responsible for the leadership, direction, coordination, and performance of all property managers, maintenance, and assigned site locations. This includes overseeing quality and efficiencies of services provided, staffing, budget, short/long range planning, problem solving, new products/service deliveries, and employee development.
